Led and rebuilt the donor base and partners for a state-level not-for-profit education policy organization.
Managed consultant relationships including Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Education Resource Strategies (ERS), Parthenon Group, MDRC, Higher Ed Associates, UPD Consulting, Harvard Graduate School of Education, and the Arbinger Institute.
Served as liaison to and worked closely with employer-sponsored programs – such as Country Music Association Foundation and Hillside Work Scholarship Connection among many others – to support at risk youth.
Facilitated the Washington state education reform planning process with stakeholders including funders, employers, the Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction, the State Board of Education, the Professional Educator Standards Board, the Quality Education Council, and the Governor’s Office.
Developed and maintained partnerships with agencies, associations, businesses, and educational organizations in the states of New York, Washington, New Mexico, and Arizona.
